Refund & Cancellation Policy

I understand that Deep Relief Muscle Therapy LLC has a cancelation policy of 24 hrs prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs in advanced will be charged 50% of the session fee to the card on file or via invoice. Cancellations made 1 hr or less prior to session start or No Shows will be charged 100% of the full session rate to card on file or via invoice. No refunds will be given for any sessions serviced including late cancellations or No Shows.
